1. Handcrafted Personalization

Every keepsake at FondTail is made to order and customized individually. Because items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, layout, or line weight may occur. These minor details are not defects but rather the unique mark of handmade artistry.

2. Digital Proof Approval Policy

We pride ourselves on our Free 24-hour Digital Proof service. Here is how it works:

• Within 24 hours of ordering, our artists will email you a digital proof for review.
• You may request revisions to the artwork or name layout. We will make corrections until you are happy.
• To avoid shipping delays, if we do not receive a response within 72 hours of sending the initial proof, we reserve the right to auto-approve the proof and proceed to production.

3. Image Uploads and Rights

By uploading a photo of a pet, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the image or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders containing low-quality, offensive, or copyright-violating imagery.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in either USD or CAD depending on your currency toggle. Payments are processed securely via encrypted channels. You are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or adjust prices without prior notice. Continued use of our storefront constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
