We want you to love your pet keepsakes. Because we create custom, personalized products, we do not accept physical returns. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a strong happiness guarantee.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If your keepsake arrives damaged, misprinted, or you are simply unhappy with the custom artwork or engraving, we want to make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly:

  • Redo and ship a brand new replacement keepsake, entirely free.
  • Issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

2. Cancellations Before Printing

You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time before you approve the digital proof. If you decide the preview artwork isn't right for you, simply let us know during the proofing phase, and we will issue an immediate refund.

3. Order Changes

If you need to change your text engraving, uploaded photo, or selection details, please email us as soon as possible. Once you approve the digital proof, the order goes directly into craft production, after which changes cannot be made.

4. Filing a Claim

To file a claim for a refund or replacement, please go to our Contact Page and provide your order number and a photo of the item you received. Our team will resolve your request within 24 hours.
